Dredging Plastic Floaters for Pipes DN400
Dredging pipe floats / pipe buoys/ pipe collars are made from high wear resistance PE by rotational molding technology. One complete dredging pipe float consists of two halves filled with PU foam which are connected by galvanized bolts, nuts and washers. The reasonable structure makes the floats perform well in tough condition.
Specification of Pipe Floats for Dredging Pipe DN400
Material: Virgin PE shell with PU foam inside. (emtpy floats withou PU foam also available.)
Color: Orange, yellow, customized colors
Inner Diameter: 400mm (±5mm)
Outer Diameter: 1100mm (±10mm)
Length: 1200mm (±10mm)
Wall Thickness: 6±1mm
Buoyancy: Approx.750kgs.
If you want a smaller or bigger buoyancy, xincheng can design a specific dimension to meet your requirements.
The diameter of this floats can be adjusted from 355mm to 430mm to fit different sizes of pipes.
