The hoses are all strictly tested, such as pressure test, aging test, ozone test, tensile strength test, etc. Therefore, Topa has CE, ISO and other certificates. 1.Application Heavy duty water suction discharge hose is used on offshore platform, for seawater delivery,the hose will connect with submersible pump,Hose not only bears its own gravity, but also bears Submersible pump's for long time, for hoisting am used.
2.Specification Inner rubber : CR black rubber resistant to sea water, high temperature, acid and alkali External Rubber : Aging, UV, wear and fire resistance synthetic CR black rubber Reinforcement : Muti-polyester thread layers,Spiral high tensile fiber cords with wire helix Working Temp.:-20ºC~100ºC
3.Tube: black,smooth,SBR rubber compound resistant to mud,sewage and waste water.
4.Reinforcement: high strengty synthetic cord plus helix wire.
5.Cover: black (wrapped finish)corrugated EPDM rubber compound weathering,ozone and ageing resistant.
