Small Submersible Dredger, also called a submersible slurry pump dredger, is designed and manufactured with optimized hydrodynamics technology for sand dredging and silt clearing. OCEAN Pump brand ZJQ series Small Submersible Dredger is equipped with our own specially designed submersible dredger pump, advanced high-efficiency suction reamer head, and the famous brand motor. All of them are integrated together to realize a high dredger suction ratio, more thorough dredging, and large slurry or sand output.
OCEAN Pump brand heavy-duty submersible pump is made of high-chromium alloy material with good wear-resisting properties and a big flow passageway which is suitable for transportation of even 60mm diameter medium including mud with big solid particles, ore pulp, coal pulp, and coarse sand, etc. The flexible sensing probe can realize over-heating protection, water-intake inspection protection, and oil chamber protection, ensuring long and safe pump operation under abominable working conditions. Work requirements: the sand is pumped from the river channel, the depth of sand pumping is 25 meters, the sand output is required to be 25-30 cubic meters per hour, and the sand is discharged to a place of 500 meters for sand screening.

The flow rate is 150m3/h, the lift is 45 meters, the power is 55KW, the speed is 980 rpm, the outlet is 150mm, and the maximum overflow particle is 30mm. The motor and pump are coaxially immersed in the medium to work. The overflow part of the pump is made of high-chromium alloy wear-resistant material, which has good wear resistance. A set of stirring impellers are also installed at the bottom of the pump, which can spray the deposited sludge into turbulent flow, so as to achieve high performance without auxiliary devices. Concentration delivery. The unique sealing device can effectively balance the pressure inside and outside the oil chamber, and protect the reliability of the mechanical seal to the greatest extent. The motor adopts various protection measures such as overheat protection and water inflow detection protection, which can run safely for a long time under severe working conditions.

The water jet pump is connected to the high-pressure water gun, and the high-pressure water pump extracts clean water to provide high-pressure water flow to impact the bottom sand to form mud with high mud concentration, which is supplied to the submersible mud pump for extraction and transportation.
